Tsing was born in Taiwan and earned a degree in Dietetics from California Polytechnic State University. Fluent in Chinese, she has been appointed to serve as an Ambassador for the Hawaii Department of Business Economic Development and Tourism. Since 1988 she been specializing in International Real Estate, working with a variety of property types, from vacant land to residential and commercial. Tsing has served as the Governor's Appointee for the County Public Health Facility Management Advisory Committee and on the County Planing Commission. Tsing has also served as the NAR president's liaison to Malaysia. |
